You will design and support implementations of the Graphyte product suite before and after sale, ensuring frictionless solutions that drive success. You will interact with Customer Success, Technical Project Managers, Product Managers, and client stakeholders, managing complex technical projects, triaging inbound questions and requests, managing technical documentation, and acting as a key conduit of communication. You will gather evidence and feedback from the field and bring Quantifind’s product solutions to life.

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical support, analytical, or consulting role
• High EQ and impeccable communication skills
• BS or MS in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Specific experience in delivery or implementation of SaaS software within large enterprise environments
• Experience interacting with APIs and familiarity with common API protocols
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with agile development and tools such as Atlassian Jira and Git Hub
• Knowledge of data formats such as CSV and JSON and methods for reading, writing, manipulating, and secure transfer of such data files
• Consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
