Position: Digital Project Manager with Security Clearance
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Digital Project Manager. Position Type:
Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 6 months

Location:

New York City, NY 10007 (On-site) As a Digital Project Manager, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication across digital, creative, and production functions.
Oversee digital project life cycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with branding, legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and negotiating adjustments as needed.
Review and assess client change requests, providing clear impact analysis and actionable solutions.
Collaborate with production and studio teams to ensure digital assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Ensure all project processes are followed, including documentation, approvals, and sign-offs.
Coordinate with external agencies to support digital marketing, promotional, and retail initiatives.
Foster strong client relationships and promote a collaborative, solution-oriented approach within cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a strong focus on production-heavy environments.
Deep understanding of digital creative workflows, including design, development, and asset production.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45 - $50 per hour
