We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Manager, Deskside, A/V & VIP Support to lead deskside and enterprise audio/visual support operations while personally delivering high-touch technology services for executives and VIPs in New York City. In addition, this leader will oversee deskside support analysts at other ABM sites, ensuring consistent service delivery, process alignment, and performance across the enterprise.
