Apex has an opportunity for an ION savvy Support Analyst to join our fast-paced Banking Industry client partner on an exciting initiative!

Role: ION Support Analyst

Location:

Manhattan, NY

Term: 3+ Months

We are looking for an IT Trade Floor Support technician, with ION expertise, to provide a day-to-day support for the ION trading system and associate infrastructure and to troubleshoot issues related to trade flow, pricing, market date and integration.

Technical

Skills:

* Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, repo, FX...

* Knowledge of ION architecture, components and integration patterns.

* Understanding of trade lifecycle, market data, risk and compliance.

* Strong analytical skills for debugging production issues

* Previous experience working on the L1 and L2 support in ION

Main skills:

* Identified inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions using ION tools.

* Management of multiple concurrent priorities.

* Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
