Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Tech Solution-Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under Genpact Next, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

About the role:

We are seeking a Technology Solution Architect with expertise in AI-driven finance process automation to help shape and deliver compelling solutions to our clients. This role will be instrumental in designing and presenting agentic AI-based solutions that integrate with complex finance ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, web portals, middleware) using a cutting-edge cloud-based tech stack (Azure). You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to design solution architectures to deploy and integrate Genpact products / platforms.

Responsibilities

* Solution Architecture & Design:
Develop scalable, multi-agent AI-based solutions leveraging cloud services and middleware for seamless integration with financial systems.

* Data Architecture and Integrations:
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and AI governance frameworks.

* Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions. And partner with Sales teams to understand client pain points and translate them into tailored solutions.

* RFP/RFI Response:
Lead the technical aspects of proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution narratives, and cost estimations.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

* Educational Background:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* experience in technology solutioning / delivery roles, with experience in solution architecture roles.

* Understanding of finance processes and experience integrating with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Financials, and other enterprise platforms.

* Architecture understanding of multi-agent AI and middleware-based integrations.

* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.

Experience designing different types of cloud-Hosting platform architectures
