Junior Business Analyst

The Junior Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the day-to-day management and improvement of the banker platform (Salesforce). The analyst will work closely with business users to understand requirements, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights. A successful candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting their work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services operations, working on projects that improve efficiency, data quality, and business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for system enhancements or reporting needs.

· Work closely with developers to design solutions that meet business needs.

· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post implementation support.

· Along with other team members, build, maintain, and prioritize backlog to fulfill product vision.

· Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.

· Prepare internal and external documentation supporting delivered requirements.

Required Skills:

· Quick to learn new systems and processes, especially within Salesforce.

· Comfortable analyzing data and spotting trends or issues.

· Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

· Proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems

· Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves:

· Exposure to working in an Agile environment (e.g., using Jira for sprint management).

· Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.

· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

· Experience with in financial services industry

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree required.

· 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
