We are looking for a NLP Data Scientist:

* Contribute to end-to-end model development and deployment, adhering to best practices for software engineering and reproducible research

* Develop and maintain LLM evaluation tooling to track model performance, reliability and consistency across a variety of metrics throughout the development and deployment lifecycle

* Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

* New York: the salary range for this role is $105000 to $130000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics or other relevant technical field

* Extensive practical experience with techniques from natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, and prompt engineering

* Demonstrated proficiency in Python, especially in the following frameworks and libraries:
PyTorch, transformers, Lang Chain, openai, spaCy

* Experience developing information retrieval and search solutions

* Hands-on experience working with Large Language Model APIs like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic etc.

* Extensive practical experience with version control and software engineering best practices

* Experience working with cloud ecosystems like Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks etc.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
