As a Data Scientist in our US team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge data science solutions that drive measurable business value for our clients. This role combines strong technical analytical capabilities with client-facing skills, requiring an AI-native mindset to translate complex business problems into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, develop innovative analytical approaches leveraging both traditional analytics and generative AI technologies, and communicate findings in compelling and accessible ways.

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field

* 1-3 years of experience in data science or analytics, with strong skills in Python, R, or SQL and cloud-based analytics platforms

* Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot) in any capacity - whether through professional work, personal projects, or self-directed learning

* Enthusiasm for exploring large language models and AI development frameworks, with any level of hands-on experience welcomed

* Comfortable in client-facing roles with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences

* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments

* Base salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on demonstrated capabilities, relevant experience, and expected impact in the role
