* Qualifications:

** Senior attorney with at least 5-7 years of experience handling transactional risk claims, including Representations and Warranties Insurance, Warranty & Indemnity Insurance, Tax Insurance and Contingent Risk Insurance. D&O experience is welcome but not required. Excellent analytic and writing skills. Versatile, able to work independently and self-starting.
** Responsibilities:
** Analyzing coverage for claims and other notices under Transactional Risk Insurance policies; leading and directing coverage investigations; building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, clients, trading partners, capacity providers, advisors and experts through claims handling; drafting letters, reports, memoranda and other legal writing; consulting with underwriters; and a variety of other corporate legal matters that may arise from time to time.
