Our client is a prestigious national law firm with headquarters in NYC
. They are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their office in Midtown, Manhattan
.
Job Responsibilities Draft and prepare pretrial documentation (prepare trial notebooks and witness/exhibit binders, etc.)Contact witnesses and prepare subpoenas as necessaryAttend arbitration/trial and jury selection as well as meetings with witnesses and experts as neededProvide computer litigation supportInteract at a professional level with clients and attorneysPerform other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
3-5 years of paralegal experience requiredBachelor’s degree/paralegal certificate requiredExperience with trial/arbitration prepProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Federal and New York State court litigationStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate critical information accurately and effectivelyExcellent analytical skillsPay Range: $30 - $32 based on experience
