SVP, Talent Solutions & Recruiting - Lexitas Legal Talent SolutionsOur client, a full-service law firm in NYC, seeks an experienced litigation associate. The firm offers a collegial environment and long-term growth opportunities. Salary range is 190k-230k, depending on experience. This position is on-site in midtown.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of substantive litigation experience, with a strong background in commercial litigation, foreclosure actions, and e-discovery. Admission in NY is required; admission in NJ is a plus.
The associate will play a key role in all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution, including handling complex motion practice, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, and preparing for trial.
