Very active with IPR filings and representing petitioners at the PTAB.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate should have significant experience with all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings, written discovery, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, etc. A background in computer science and the ability to read and understand source code is strongly preferred. Electrical Engineering degree is also acceptable so long as the candidate has source code experience. This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.

Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.
