New York – Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)
Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5‑7 years of labor and employment law experience in New York. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and a strong record in employment litigation, including defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants and negotiating employment and executive compensation agreements. The position requires immediate licensure to practice in New York.

- Experience with restrictive covenants and executive compensation negotiations
- Licensed to practice law in New York
Salary range $280,000–$315,000 per year (NYC), with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
