Job Description
Mona Shah & Partners Global (MSP Global) is a firm specializing in business investment immigration, particularly the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We have a large and diverse client base representing individual, institutional, and corporate clients around the globe. We use our expertise in structuring, configuring, and preparing EB-5 projects, Direct Entrepreneur projects as well as the I-526 Source of Funds memorandum.
In addition to crafting immigration solutions for businesses and individuals. A knowledge of non‑immigrant visas such as L‑1, O‑1 and E‑2 is a plus.
The work here at MSP Global is often challenging, high‑quality, and creative. It requires someone with business acumen who can quickly adapt to this complex, nuanced, and constantly changing area of law.
Position InformationWe are seeking a candidate for the position of Associate Attorney to assist in business immigration. The preferred candidate must be detail‑oriented, be prepared to tackle EB‑5 compliance issues, immigration, and regulatory issues. The ability to independently research is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a small collaborative environment. Business Immigration experience is a plus.

- Staying abreast of industry changes
- Research and analysis
- Writing blog posts
- Drafting request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, and motions for USCIS
- Sourcing funds (forensic accounting)
- Client interaction (especially high net worth individuals as well as developers)
- Handling of E‑2 (non‑immigrant entrepreneur investment), L‑1 (intra‑company) and O‑1 (extraordinary ability) immigration cases
- Occasional travel
- Occasional podcasting and marketing contributions
- Never a dull day in the office
