Commercial Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney - Full Time
Location:
New York, NY, 10017
What you will be doing:
- Managing real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement.
- Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals.
- Making state and federal court appearances and mediations.
- Performing diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages.
- At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in commercial and real estate litigation.
- Legal research and writing skills.
- Management experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
- Commercial real estate legal practice with a singular focus on service.
