Description

Our client is a midsize/large law firm in the Financial District. The firm is a multi-practice law firm, and their Corporate department is hiring an attorney.

1st or 2nd year only.

Requirements:

- Public company securities experience a plus.

- Must be admitted to the NY Bar or admission pending.

- Excellent judgment and analytical skills.

- Strong interpersonal, management and administrative skills.

Requirements - Must be admitted to the New York State Bar or have admission pending.

- Experience with public company securities is preferred.

- Demonstrated analytical abilities and sound legal judgment.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.

- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.

- Familiarity with corporate law and securities law.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.

- Dedication to continuous learning and attention to detail.
