As a Service Project Manager, you will oversee ongoing maintenance, repairs, and small-scale improvement projects for luxury residential properties. This on-site role is with a prestigious high-end general contractor specializing in bespoke construction and property management services in New York City.

• Manage and deliver high-quality service projects, including maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all work meets the client’s expectations and company standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to execute projects efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

• Proven experience managing service, maintenance, or small-scale construction projects in high-end residential environments.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes tailored to luxury properties.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
