Field Project Manager (Sprinkler/Fire-Protection)
One of the leading sprinkler/fire protection contractors in NY is currently seeking a top-notch Project Manager with 5+ years of experience for projects involving commercial fire protection systems. This is a full-time/permanent position offering outstanding medical, dental, 401k, and opportunities for upward mobility.
Description and Duties:
- 5+ years of sprinkler/fire protection construction experience working as a Project Manager in the field.
- Significant experience working on large commercial sprinkler/fire protection projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing construction schedules.
- Oversee field personnel.
- Create daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.
- Maintain daily reports, timesheets, safety, and accident reports.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards.
- Maintain a stable job history.
- Be organized with excellent written and communication skills.
