- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred.
- Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, preferably within IT.
- 3+ years of experience leading or working in a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring project management professionals.
- Strong background in portfolio management, project governance, and enterprise reporting.
