About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Project Management who is both strategic leader and hands-on, someone who can lead teams while actively managing complex deployments. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end customer implementations while building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing project management function.

You will serve as a senior point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role requires a balance of execution, leadership, and operational excellence, with direct involvement in key projects and customer engagements.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

* Lead and oversee customer deployments from initiation through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery

* Actively manage complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring and supporting project managers

* Own the day-to-day executive-level relationship with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

* Develop, manage, and continuously improve commercial and pilot project plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Sales, Support, and external partners

* Set clear expectations, manage project schedules, and determine resource needs across multiple initiatives

* Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions that protect timelines and customer trust

Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to ensure alignment and accountability

Identify opportunities for business expansion and add-on sales tied to project success

* Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes, tools, and methodologies

* Communicate clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders

* Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across deployments
