What You'll Be Doing- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to maintain safety and operational integrity.
- Perform basic maintenance and adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Willingness to learn and expand operational knowledge.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
