On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing a team who are responsible for paint, prep, welding, electrical and hydraulics work. You will play a key role in process improvements, utilising lean manufacturing techniques to help increase productivity and profitability.

This role would suit an experienced Supervisor or Manager, from a Heavy Engineering or Automotive background, looking to join a growing organization offering structured progression and further training on leadership and manufacturing certifications.
