Advertising Sales Director

The Advertising Sales Director will oversee the advertising sales operations for our B2B digital media publications. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth. The director will analyze market trends to identify new opportunities, set sales targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.

Collaboration with marketing and editorial teams is essential to align advertising initiatives with overall company objectives.

Salary Range: $162,246 - $185,350 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital media or B2B publications.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue streams.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into sales strategies.

Proficiency in CRM software and digital advertising platforms.
