About the role...

As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our product launches, ensure strong alignment between product and customer needs, and drive adoption. You’ll play a key role in crafting messaging, positioning, and enablement materials that connects the value of our platform to both our brands and creators. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role with opportunity to shape and launch this function from the ground up and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, education, and sales, and propel our company to the next stage.

Responsibilities...
  • Strategic Vision: Drive successful product launches and customer adoption through by owning the end-to-end launch strategy
  • Voice of the Customer: Be the voice of the customer across the org — surface pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs that shape how we build, market, and position the product
  • Sales Enablement: Create GTM playbook efforts for new feature and product launches, inclusive of sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs) that help internal teams articulate our value
  • Craft Cohesive Messaging: Identify larger stories and connect multiple feature launches for a clear, compelling market position for both our brands and creators
  • Marketing Amplification: Partner with Lifecycle and Acquisition teams to drive product adoption, feature usage, and expansion
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, design, education, customer success, and sales to ensure optimized feedback loops
Our non-negotiables…
  • Proven Experience: 3–6 years in product marketing, product management, or go-to-market roles, ideally in a high-growth tech startup or Marketplace / SaaS environment
  • Customer Insights: Experience drawing out key customer insights and developing a strong product positioning to reach our audience
  • Storyteller: Strong writer and storyteller with the ability to turn product features into compelling customer value
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and track performance metrics
  • Collaborative: Excellent cross-functional skills, with a history of working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to achieve product success
  • Executional Excellence: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

New York Pay Range: $100,000—$125,000 USD
