The role is hybrid; only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.
Role- Support the global Brand Team with client reporting, proposal plan creation, custom app list creation, campaign wrap‑up reports, etc.
- Accountable for completing requests accurately and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in managing multiple client campaigns and ensuring a successful launch, delivery, and performance, including:
- Managing the pre‑launch process: asset collection, creative build, client kick‑off calls, etc.
- Post‑campaign launch duties: client reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Identifying potential upsell/incremental opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer support to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (creative, ad ops, billing, sales, etc.).
- BA/BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, & Marketing preferred).
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital media at an agency, publisher or ad tech company.
- Programmatic advertising knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Self‑starter.
- Positive attitude, energetic, with a sense of humor.
