Build and execute marketing programs for our North American presence through online and offline channels. This role involves designing, launching and optimizing digital campaigns and measuring their impact.
Responsibilities- Marketing program management (online and offline)
- Configure and optimize marketing campaigns in all digital channels (paid, social, SEO, email, etc.)
- Analyze results, prepare and present performance reports
- Website management (content updating)
- Landing page and content optimization (creation and testing)
- Initiate and manage outreach and influencer marketing (Linked In, industry forums)
We certainly don’t expect you to have an advanced grasp of all the bullet points above but we do expect you to have an advanced curiosity and for learning new things. You have to have organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing your mind or waking the neighbors with profanity. This is a must‑have.
We want a go‑getter who stays on top of things, and has the verbal and written communication acumen and confidence to collaborate efficiently with your peers on the marketing team.
- Minimum of two years experience as a Marketing Associate or similar
- Power user of one or more digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Hubspot marketing automation (a plus)
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM campaigns (a plus)
- Google Adwords campaign management and Google Analytics (a plus)
- A love of numbers and analysis. (can explain the utility of pivot tables to non‑Excel users)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Startup experience is a plus

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
