Non-Profit F2F Fundraiser

About the Role

One Voice Fundraising is looking for outgoing, confident and passionate activists to join our fundraising team in NYC. Earn a base salary plus uncapped bonuses and a clear growth and development plan while helping displaced and refugee adults and children worldwide access safety, healing and life‑sustaining support.

• Engage in inspiring conversations with members of the public on the streets of the city.
• Motivate individuals to become supporters of partner non‑profits through ongoing donations.
• Represent the organization’s values and impact through each conversation.
• Maintain a high‑energy, lively team environment and contribute to team goals.

• Ability to work 5 full days per week, 9:30 am–5 pm.
• Available to work full‑time for a minimum of 3 months.
• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Happy to work outside and willing to travel to various NYC locations to canvass outdoors or at large events.
• Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the environment, and/or non‑profit organizations.

• Full‑time hours:
  Monday to Friday 9:30 am–5 pm.
• Base pay of $18 per hour during training, $20 after training plus uncapped weekly bonuses.
• Paid time off and paid training with ongoing development opportunities.
• Career progression plan to Trainer, Team Lead, and Management roles.
