Salary range: $131,127 - $174,836

Opportunity Details:

• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• FHRT readings
• Direct clinical care to mothers and babies
• Care for underserved, high-risk patients
• Full Time - 40 hours per week

The role includes inpatient and outpatient clinical duties, direct care to mothers and babies, FHRT readings, and serving underserved, high-risk patients as part of the midwifery team at Harlem Hospital.

• American Midwifery Board Certification
• BLS and NRP Certification required
• At least 5 years of experience
• Experience in Centering Pregnancy Programs, required

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127 - $174,836, based on 40-hour work week and years of state licensure.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

• 401(k) Company Contribution:
  Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. After one year of service, an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
