We are expanding our services and looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a neurology background to provide high-quality care to patients in long-term care facilities in New York City

• Provide neurological evaluations and follow-up care for nursing home residents.
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as stroke recovery, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, neuropathy, and other neurological disorders.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.
• Document all patient encounters and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on neurological conditions and treatments.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in New York State.
• Board Certification in Neurology or experience in neurology preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of NP experience (geriatrics or neurology a plus).
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
