Charge Nurse - Hemodialysis
Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) , licensed in the State of New York
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
- Three or more years of nursing experience in hemodialysis
- 1-2+ years of charge nurse experience in chronic hemodialysis
- CPR Certification
- Nephrology nursing certification preferred
- Chinese language skills (Mandarin & Cantonese) highly preferred
- Provide leadership and oversight of the hemodialysis unit, ensuring safe and effective patient care
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Participate in patient assessments, treatments, and documentation
