Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Science
- 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing industry
- Experience in food safety or quality assurance roles
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements
- SQF/HACCP Certified
- Experience with food safety systems
- Collaborate with sanitation teams to verify cleaning procedures and conduct environmental monitoring.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, audits, training, and corrective actions to demonstrate compliance.
- Act as the primary contact during audits and ensure the facility is always audit-ready.
- Review new product formulations and process changes for food safety impacts.
- Create, manage, and maintain compliance with SQF and quality systems.
- Execute good quality inspections and GMP/quality audits.
- Write SOPs and work instructions.
