Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a global law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate team based in New York.

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- A sufficient background in commercial real estate and finance transactions including properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotels, resorts, etc. is a prerequisite for qualified candidates.
- In addition to buy and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
- Candidates will have expertise preparing and negotiating papers pertaining to real estate and financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities are necessary.
- J.D. from a recognized law school.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a Real Estate team.
- Be in good standing with the state bar
