The
** Research Associate
** will work directly with Principal Investigators within the OBGYN Research Division on the execution of research studies focusing on protocol development, coordination, and data cleaning and monitoring. The Research Associate manages research project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection, and trains, manages, and supports students, staff and interns.  The Research Associate will also review work products to ensure study protocol is followed as written and approved by the institution's IRB.  

The position has substantial potential for growth with the goal of progressing to involvement at all levels of research design and implementation on multiple clinical research studies.
** Job Responsibilities
** Supervise the maintenance of study information such as enrollment, participants interviewed

Data entry in Velos, Brany, Sponsor's EDC and query resolution

Manage data collection, analysis and cleaning performing regular audits to ensure that the data collected are complete and accurate, and that the research is being conducted as outlined in the protocol.

Develop appropriate progress reports for the Pl, study funding agency and the IRBFacilitate the preparation of conference abstracts, oral presentations, poster presentations, and manuscripts for publication in conjunction with PIPerform other administrative duties as needed
** Requirements
* * High school diploma/ GED required + 10 Years Experience Associates degree required + 5 Years Experience Bachelors degree preferred

Experience creating Redcap database; ability to input and maintain participant data Bilingual Spanish oral and written fluency preferred

Strong interest and commitment to Clinical Research Ability to work well in a team setting and independently is essential
