In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in extensive training setting the foundation for your progression from a Food Runner to Back Server to Front Server and Captain.

• Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude, consistently applying patience and dedication to training and ongoing professional development.
• Dedicated to maintaining exceptional floor presence at all times, ensuring attentive and seamless service.
• The ability to hand deliver dishes followed by a clear and professional verbal description of dishes.
• Barista experience - familiarity with full espresso machine service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.
• The ability to multi-task a variety of floor responsibilities, including table marking, wine glass placement, and general table maintenance.
• 2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or well-regarded metropolitan restaurants (preferred).
