Essential by Christophe is seeking a polished and proactive Server Assistant to join our front‑of‑house team! The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality to every shift. As a Server Assistant, you will support Captains and Food Runners in executing seamless service, contributing to the elevated guest experience that defines our Michelin‑starred restaurant.
General Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Interest in hospitality and a desire to grow within the restaurant industry.
