Operations Manager

This role requires a balance of leadership and presence - hands-on when needed, strategic when required. From staff training and guest relations to financial oversight and service execution, you'll be at the center of operations, setting the tone for excellence at every moment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Food Manager Certification
• Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
• Deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality culture.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
