Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Brand Management assistant to join our team at our headquarters in New York and Los Angeles and help drive the growth of Korean beauty brands in the U.S. market. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new Korean beauty brands to expand our product assortment, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless operations of our online store by placing and tracking product orders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in brand acquisition and product management while supporting the rapid growth and success of K‑Beauty brands in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in placing purchase orders to ensure smooth operations of the online store.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining optimal stock availability.
  • Assist in implementing cost‑saving initiatives to improve purchasing efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing and inventory reports.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in both Korean and U.S. business environments
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred, to support communication with Korean‑speaking customers, vendors, and internal teams

Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1‑hour lunch), Monday to Friday
