Team Lead - Bloomfield

Overview

The Ski Company Mountain Sports is hiring for a Team Lead at our Bloomfield location. This is NOT a remote position. Candidate must be able to work out of our Bloomfield location daily. This position spans both operational and retail paths, including but not limited to, nights and weekends. It is a fast paced, multifaceted position with generous room for growth.

You will be responsible for handling the receiving of incoming product shipments, checking the shipments for accuracy, and sending shipments out to our retail locations. Computer skills are highly desired, but are willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to work along side multiple team members and help direct and lead team members in multiple areas. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift over 30lbs.

Retail store front responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operating a POS, ensuring customers are being attended to, overseeing the overall cleanliness and appearance of the storefront.

• This is a dual focused role with an emphasis on operational flow & retail business
