A growing investment firm with $700M AUM is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant / Analyst to join its lean, entrepreneurial team. This role will manage fund-level reporting, investor communications, and oversight of third-party administrators, working directly with senior leadership.

We’re looking for a resourceful, hands-on accounting professional with strong technical skills who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes while supporting a collaborative team.

Location: New York, NY 10005

Schedule: 4 days onsite ; 1 day WFH

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Bonus: 20%

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare fund & investor reporting, including financial statements
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and carried interest calculations
• Coordinate with auditors, fund admins, and tax teams
• Support cash flow planning, regulatory filings, and investor onboarding
• Collaborate on special projects & process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or Master’s a plus)
• 3+ years in private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or public accounting
• Strong technical accounting, Excel, and analytical skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced team
