Our Stockroom Operations Leads are vital to our store's success. As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers within the store. Your role is to maintain a safe and efficient stockroom, ensuring customers find the products they want when they want them. You lead by example, uphold exceptional stockroom standards, and foster a positive, respectful environment.

You work closely with your Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, empowering your team through encouragement, recognition, and feedback.

As an UGG Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You ensure the stockroom is neat and orderly, practicing safety and security measures to prevent theft. You ensure all stock processes and policies are understood and followed by your team. You plan for new product arrivals, verify shipments, handle discrepancies, and manage inventory accuracy.

You also handle customer charge sends and store transfers between locations or distribution centers, and manage damaged merchandise or mismatched inventory according to company standards. You are responsible for securely maintaining a key to the store.

Beyond stockroom duties, you assist the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales and productivity goals by replenishing and displaying products according to visual standards. On the sales floor, you provide excellent customer service, greet customers, direct them to products, answer questions, and share product knowledge. You maintain a positive attitude, promote the store and brand image, and work as an integral part of the team to meet business needs.

• 1-2 years of retail store experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills to convey UGG and Deckers Brands' vision and mission
• Strong team-building skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible schedule and hours to meet business needs
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license

Salary Range: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour. Compensation depends on location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will share specific salary details during hiring.
