Cyber Nest is a fast-growing technology company with fully established businesses in the USA. We are expanding our team and are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to contribute to achieving the company's business growth targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, Upwork, Linked In, referrals, cold emails, Clutch, industry events, and other relevant platforms.
• Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Generate leads and manage sales pipelines with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities to ensure efficient and effective account management.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Familiarity and proficiency in using Upwork, Linked In, Hubspot, Apollo, Odoo CRM, and other relevant platforms for lead generation.
• Familiarity with the staff augmentation method.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
