Junior Sales Specialist​/Sales Development Representative

Location – Tel Aviv office

Code Monkey is looking for an individual to take on the role of Junior Sales Specialist (JSS) / Sales Development Representative (SDR). The role will consist of outbound sales work such as cold calls, email campaigns, and demos. In addition the JSS/SDR will keep the sales database up to date, and ensure sales enablement tools are uniform across the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively find new potential clients online and offline
• Expand our client database
• Explain our business model, product and operational processes, and work to clients
• Take responsibility for the full sales cycle, from prospect to closed deal
• Maintain and organize our CRM
• Support account executives through streamlining our sales processes

Here’s what you will need to know/have:

• A hard working, self-motivated person that is willing to achieve excellence.
• Creative and assertive communication skills.
• Open to feedback and development.
• Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames.
• Experience selling education curriculum is a plus.
• Written and spoken communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn software solutions and use of that knowledge to sell to academic institutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field is preferred, but not required.
• Working knowledge of Pipe Drive or similar CRM – a plus.
• Fluency in Hebrew – a plus
