Sales Manager, Cancer Vaccine

• We are looking for sales managers who can positively drive the sales of cancer vaccine development services and related products.
• Candidates with no work experience are welcome.

• Drive the sales of cancer vaccine development services and related products.
• Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
• Identify, nurture, and act on opportunities with new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
• Effectively coordinate sales operations activities with other functional departments, including service, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
• Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.

• Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
• With great potential for success in the cancer vaccine development research services.
• Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
• Proficiency in a teamwork environment.
