Senior Account Executive
formance is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive the next phase of our growth in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. We’ve recently launched our New York office to accelerate our expansion into the U.S. market.
Role overview
- Identify, engage, and close high‑potential opportunities.
- Serve as a key link between product and the market.
- Develop and refine sales playbook, positioning, and customer discovery.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
What you’ll do
- Enhance positioning, pitch, lead generation, and closing strategies.
- Secure deals with early adopters in new markets.
Ideal candidate
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or crypto.
- Proven track record in the U.S. market closing mid‑market or enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of U.S. financial buyers, procurement, compliance constraints, and enterprise dynamics.
- Familiarity with U.S. sales methodologies: MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, pipeline hygiene, forecasting rigor.
- Ability to identify and target the right ICPs and buyer personas.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, resource‑constrained, builder environment.
