Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales Executive and help manage our growing wholesale business. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the full sales cycle—from product presentation to order follow-up and shipment coordination. You’ll play a key role in helping maintain and grow relationships with major retailers while keeping our internal operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Executive in preparing line sheets, product presentations, and meeting materials for retail buyers
  • Coordinate and track sample requests, shipments, and returns for buyer meetings and trade shows
  • Maintain and update buyer contact lists, meeting notes, and sales reports
  • Support communication between the Sales, Production, and Design teams to ensure orders, pricing, and timelines are aligned
  • Prepare and send inventory and ATS (available-to-sell) updates to accounts as needed
  • Enter and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery windows, and item details
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming meetings with buyers, following up on open inquiries, and organizing post-meeting recaps
  • Research new retail opportunities and help prepare outreach materials for potential accounts
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to wholesale account management
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, merchandising, or administrative role within wholesale, retail, or consumer goods industries
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional communication skills—written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
