The Role

Joining Orum as an Enterprise Account Executive means more than being part of a team; you're embarking on a journey where your ambition and drive are the key catalysts for our expansion in the enterprise market. In the heart of Orum's Enterprise Team, your focus will be on more than just meeting targets; it's about making meaningful connections and driving forward new business ventures. You'll have the autonomy to own and steer the full sales cycle, a responsibility that comes with the exciting opportunity to shape Orum's trajectory in the enterprise market. partnering with you through a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with an understanding of our sales playbook, technology, and market dynamics. This isn't just about knowing the tools of the trade; it's about mastering them to deliver unparalleled value to new customers.

Salary: OTE of $250,000 - $300,000  you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with.

What You'll Do

* Business Growth & Sales Cycle Mastery:
Your key focus will be on driving new business by landing and nurturing customer relationships, coupled with managing the full sales cycle to ensure Orum's expansion in the enterprise market.

* Strategic Planning & Collaborative Execution:
Engage in strategic planning for customer acquisition and collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers. This collaboration is vital for building a robust pipeline and deepening client relationships.

* Performance & Growth:
Own the responsibility for all aspects of bookings growth, from prospecting to closing new deals, while consistently meeting and surpassing quota-driven goals, representing Orum's dedication to growth and excellence.

* Travel & Work Remotely: Get the opportunity to travel with fellow Orumites and see potential customers in person!

What We're Looking For

* Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role, targeting the enterprise market.

* Location:

Must be based in the Boston or New York Metro Area

* Background in Sales Development:
Experience as a top-performing Sales Development Representative or in sales development within a high-growth environment is highly valued.

* Exceptional Communication:
Strong writing and speaking skills will be key in articulating complex solutions to our clients.

* Driven by Results:
Self-starter, eager to learn, and proficient in prospecting and project management.

* Cold Bold-Calling:
You believe in the power of the phone and making human connections!

Bonus

* Knowledge of MEDDIC methodology.

* Experience in selling to sales or marketing leaders.

* Record of surpassing sales goals (President's Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
