The Security Site Manager, under the direction of the Alliance Account Manager, oversees all aspects of security and fire life safety operations at a high-profile client site. This includes managing a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining positive client relations, and coordinating with internal departments and external agencies such as the NYPD.

• Lead day-to-day security operations, scheduling, and staff supervision
• Develop and enforce site security and fire safety policies
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems
• Prepare and review incident and activity reports
• Coordinate drills, testing, and compliance inspections
• Serve as the Fire Life Safety Director, ensuring FDNY compliance

• Valid FDNY Fire Life Safety Director (F-89 or equivalent) certification required
• Prior corporate security management experience, preferably in a Class A property
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes

$100,000 - $110,000
