Job Description We are seeking a Carpenter’s Assistant / Junior Helper to support framing and drywall crews on commercial projects throughout NYC. This is an entry-level role with opportunities to learn from experienced carpenters and grow into a skilled trade position.#### Responsibilities
* Assist carpenters with framing, drywall hanging, and finish work.
* Handle materials, load and unload supplies, and set up work areas.
* Use hand tools and power tools under supervision.
* Keep job sites organized and free of debris.
* Follow safety procedures and assist in moving and positioning framing members.
* Learn trade techniques and assist with layout and measurements.#### Requirements
* 0–1 year of carpentry or construction experience preferred.
* Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior carpenters.
* Must be able to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding.
* Basic hand tools and safety gear required.
* OSHA 10 certification a plus.
* Dependable and hardworking with a positive attitude.
