The selected candidate for the position must have a minimum of three years' experience in building trades and the ability to read schematic and engineering prints. The candidate must also have knowledge and skill in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry and painting. Experience in rotating equipment and mechanical repair is a plus. EPA universal certification, R410A Technician certification a plus.

The selected candidate must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs in weight and working in confined spaces. The candidate must be able to work at high elevations and in outdoor weather conditions. The candidate must also be able to perform extensive walking, standing, lifting and bending and must be medically qualified to wear a respirator. A valid driver's license is required.

Core Responsibilities

• Candidate must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds in weight and work in confined spaces
• Candidate must be able to work at elevations in outdoor weather

• Perform general maintenance of buildings
• Operate minor hand and power tools and perform general maintenance of such
• Perform basic lighting and wiring tasks
• Perform snow/ice removal with manual and powered snow/ice removal equipment and perform general maintenance on such
• Perform basic plumbing and pipe fitting tasks
• Perform basic carpentry tasks
• Perform basic troubleshooting on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• General understanding of the basics of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams, blueprints, maps and schematics
• Perform basic PC based functions to access, retrieve, enter, and or verify job related information
