- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in both residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts.
- Work alongside contractors, construction crews, electricians, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed and functioning correctly.
- Use pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, and other methods to test plumbing systems for leaks and malfunctions.
- Repair or replace faulty plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and pipes.
- Perform routine maintenance, including drain and sewer line cleaning, to prevent clogs or blockages.
- Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies or service requests.
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Blueprint reading
- General maintenance skills
- Ability to read schematics and assemble components
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proficiency with power tools
- Carpentry skills for framing and pipe installation
- Ability to install fixtures and connect pipes
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
